Adjoba has over 18 years’ experience in senior corporate management roles in the fast moving consumer goods industry, and media management where she developed an excellent track record of providing best practice legal and stakeholder engagement advice and support to both Management and Board.

In addition to successfully minimizing legal risk, Adjoba has extensive experience in corporate reputation management, managing corporate compliance, executing corporate transactions, Human Resource management, procurement and managing key stakeholder engagements.

Anthony Pile is the Founder and Chairman of Blue Skies, which he set up in Nsawam in 1997. The business has factories in Ghana, Benin, South Africa, Brazil and UK and employs over 5,000 people. It manufactures fruit products for the retailers of UK and Europe such as Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda,Aldi, Amazon and Ocado.

Mr. Pile was a soldier in the British Army for 13 years and served in the Middle East, Northern Ireland and Cyprus. He has been a magistrate, attended the post graduate Sloan Fellowship Programme at the London Business School. In 2011, Anthony received an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Cranfield in recognition of his achievements in Africa.

John is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) of twenty-nine years standing. He worked in the UK telecoms industry for companies such as British Telecom and One2One for several years, before joining PwC (UK) as a Management Consultant in 1998.

He founded The African Regent in 2004, which has since become, arguably, the foremost local brand in its competitive set. John holds BA(Hons) Business Studies from the University of Greenwich and an MBA from The University of Wales.

Mr. Chris Wulff-Caesar is an accomplished International Business Executive with 24 years of FMCG experience gained across various countries. On 1st April 2024, he was appointed as the Managing Director of Unilever Ghana Plc, marking a return to the company where he began his career as a management trainee in 1999.

He joined Unilever Ghana Plc from Friesland Campina in Nigeria, where he was Marketing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa, managing brands and marketing activities across 44 countries. Prior to this he worked for ABInBev as Marketing Director for West Africa (Ghana & Nigeria) and was a member of the Board of Directors for Accra Brewery Ltd. He joined ABInBev under the SAB Miller acquisition, where he was leading the establishment and growth of a portfolio of brands. During his time at SAB Miller he worked as Africa Category Expansion / Innovation Manager, based in South Africa, and as Ghana Marketing Director.

Mr. Wulff-Caesar is a fellow of the National Institute of Marketing Nigeria (NIMN) and an Associate member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON). He holds a BA (Honors) Degree in Economics from the University of Ghana and an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School of the Heriot Watt University in Scotland, United Kingdom.

Mr. Wulff-Caesar is also an Executive Member of the Unilever Ghana PLC Board.

Alice founded Mustard, a dynamic boutique studio in Accra, Ghana, in 2015. Mustard has undertaken projects such as the rehabilitation of the historic National Museum of Ghana, and residential developments for prolific developers such as Devtraco Plus and Equilibrium.

Alice trained at Nottingham University and at the Bartlett, University College, London, before practicing architecture for nearly two decades in the United Kingdom with Foster + Partners and Adjaye Associates. Alice maintains a role as Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Council member representing Middle East and Africa. She also retains a seat on the RIBA International Committee.

Audrey Mensah is an Executive Recruiter and currently manages Indelible Limited, a boutique recruitment company which she founded in 2016 to carry out c-suite and board recruitments. Her previous role was Recruitment Manager for African Management Services Company (AMSCO), an international capacity development organisation which works with businesses across East, West and Southern Africa. Audrey holds a Masters’ degree in International and Comparative Business Law from the University of Guildhall (UK) and an LLB degree from Thames Valley University (UK).

Theophilus Tawiah is the Managing Partner at WTS Nobisfields, a full-service law firm in Accra, Ghana. He is also the Supervisory Board Member for Africa/Africa Leader at WTS Global.

Theophilus specialises in a number of areas of law including banking and finance, corporate/commercial law, energy, tax, employment, and corporate governance, commercial litigation and tax controversy & litigation.

Theophilus has a Master of Science (MSc) in Taxation from St Anne’s College, University of Oxford, Master of Laws (LLM) from Cardiff University, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) from De Montfort University, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Accounting option from University of Cape Coast.

He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana and the International Fiscal Association.

Maebelle Denya Nortey is a General Manager and Divisional Head (Marketing) in Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited with over eighteen (18) years’ experience in the Banking industry. She has oversight responsibility for some sectors and branches in the Bank and leads them in the acquisition and maintenance of business accounts as well as achieving the Bank’s goals and objectives.
She is an award-winning Banker and an exceptional Marketer with a wealth of experience in product development, brand strategy, channel management and business planning and strongly believes that excellence is achieved through hard work.

Benedict has been Managing Director at Golden Exotics, part of the French owned Compagnie Fruitiere Groupe since 2018, having joined as Operation Manager 4 years earlier.

He has extensive experience managing plantations operations in emerging markets and has held progressively senior roles in plantation companies in Papua New Guinea, Kenya DR Congo as well as Ghana.

He has keen interest and understanding of sustainability and the environment in the plantation industries. He has also helped develop the Palm Oil industry’s environmental, social and sustainability standards and has worked
extensively with certification bodies such as Fairtrade.

Michael has 15 years of managerial and leadership experience with a track record and emphasis on risk management, business processes optimization, business development, and operations management. He has held senior leadership roles managing personnel and business operations in both Western and Eastern Africa.

Prior to his appointment as Managing Director for G4S Ghana, he held roles as the Managing Director for G4S Tanzania, and Country Manager for G4S Gambia. Michael holds an MBA, Bsc Engineering, PG diploma in Security Management and PG diploma in Business Law.

Abeku leads PwC's (Indirect) Tax Practice in Anglophone West Africa and the PwC Business School in Ghana, leveraging his vast experience across multiple African countries, including Zambia where he worked for about one and a half years. This expertise enables him to craft tailored solutions for clients with local and global presence and provide insightful recommendations to organisations and governments in various high-level forums. 

Abeku has shared his knowledge and experience through presentations to esteemed institutions (including universities and business groups) and contributed to thought leadership initiatives including PwC analysis of Ghana's National Budgets - Budget Digest - and its Tax Facts and Figures. Until 2020, he served as a Consultant for the World Bank/PwC Doing Business and Paying Taxes Survey. 

In addition to his academic and professional accomplishments, Abeku holds key positions, including Vice Dean of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana's Taxation and Fiscal Policy Faculty and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana's Technical Committee.

Kevin Dadzie is the Regional Manager and Head of Country of Bp Ghana, responsible for providing security of fuel supply and driving growth and engagement of the business. As part of the leadership team for bp Refining Products Trading for Europe & Africa, he focuses on achieving the strategic priorities for the sub-Sahara African business.

Prior to joining Bp, Kevin was the Group Executive Director of CH Group, where he led the growth of the group through organic and strategic alliances. CH Group is a regional conglomerate with interests in oil and gas, real estate and Telecoms.

At CH Group, he initiated and developed d several new businesses in oil storage and transport, offshore oil and gas assets, oil and gas retail, waste recycling operations and solar energy.

Kevin is member of YPO- a global community of business leaders and serves on the executive committee of YPO Ghana. He serves on the board of Critical Minerals Refining Inc. (a US based entity processing high-value critical minerals), and now on the executive council of UK Ghana Chamber of Commerce which promotes trade between the UK and Ghana. He is also on the advisory board of Women of Distinction Foundation- a not-for-profit organization that accentuates the contribution and achievements of iconic women of impact.  

Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science & philosophy from University of Ghana and has two post-graduate degrees – in oil management from University of Dundee and in strategy and innovation from University of Oxford’s Said Business School. He is also an old student of Mfantsipim school.

He has a passion for storytelling that drives change and shapes business leadership. He enjoys hiking, playing golf and is married with 3 children.

A seasoned corporate executive with over 25 years in various demanding roles. Paul has extensive experience in Government Relations, Trade Facilitation, Banking, fund raising, corporate communication strategies, marketing, media, and event management within UK, Ghana and Africa.

Paul provides consultancy and advisory services to the Ghana High Commission, UK and various international companies including Invest in Africa, Cloud Africa and Michael Essien Foundation. He is a member of the Ghana Diaspora Homecoming Summit National Planning Committee and a Key member of the Ghana Investment & Opportunities Summit Committee.

Linda is a result-driven and seasoned corporate executive and banker with several years of experience working within a varied number of leadership roles.  She has extensive expertise and accomplishments in areas such as change management, strategic operational improvement, corporate communication strategies, fund raising, and government relations within the UK, Ghana and some other African countries.

Linda is a founding member and key organiser of the Ghana Investment and Opportunities Summit UK.  She is also a key member of the UK Ghana Diaspora Committee and the Ghana Diaspora National Committee.

Linda is the recipient of the British Award for African Development for African Business Leader of the year 2019.

Steven, based in Ghana, is an accomplished senior manager, seasoned in 30+ years of demanding multinational roles spanning challenging societal and economic environments across Africa and the Middle East.

More recently, Steven has been representing UK Export Finance (UKEF) across West Africa and is responsible for originating a pipeline of new opportunities within the ECOWAS sub-region, across a variety of sectors, including mining, real estate, infrastructure, agri-processing and manufacturing.

Mr. Gray has a MBA from Heriot Watt University; and has completed an Executive Leadership Program on Oil, Gas and Mining Governance from the University of Oxford, The Blavatnik School of Government.
